They are quick to respond to emergencies and they go out of their way to get the problem resolved post haste. They will give their cell phone number to call just in case the situation needs immediate attention. They will do the “little” jobs, like retrieving a lost charm, on a Sunday afternoon, and then refuse to charge for the service. And they will do the “big” jobs like installing residential and commercial plumbing with the same care and consideration. This kind of “customer care” is why this year’s winner is so deserving of the 2008 Outstanding Business Award. And so it is with great pleasure that we present this award to Dick Rich Plumbing, Inc.
