2004: $500,000 Mobil Super Pantry / Arby’s, and $850,000
     Walgreens constructed in Enterprise Zone.

2004: Lindy’s Downtown Market completes $100,000 storefront
     renovation in downtown TIF district.

2005: Miller Welding constructs 17,000 SF addition in Enterprise
     Zone.

2006: Denhart Bank Building fully restored using downtown TIF
     funds and earns placement on National Register of Historic
     Places.
